We attended the Palouse Empire Fair a few weeks ago and had a total blast! Going to the fair is one of my favorite parts of summer. The weather was perfect and it's always fun to see Madi's excitement with all the animals. Unfortunately, the miniature horses they had last year to ride were not there. We were pretty bummed out about that...especially Madi. What cheered us up was the irresistible and delicious greasy, yummy fair food! Here in Washington, they call their scones "elephant ears" and they certainly live up to their name! We had so much fun with our good friends the Platts. Lily enjoyed her first trip to the fair as well. One of my favorite parts of the fair is seeing the cute bunnies and baby ducklings!
